Meet the Founder
Built by someone who knows how hard it is to find people you can trust
Beyond Big Day was founded by Abul Rob, a serial entrepreneur, startup investor, advisor, and realtor with experience across the UK and UAE.
Over the years, Abul has worked across retail, hospitality, property, and service-led businesses. His career includes senior roles at Just Eat and Delivery Hero, as well as founding HalalEat, a food delivery platform he later successfully exited.
But the idea for Beyond Big Day did not come from a boardroom. It came from real conversations.
Through his work in consultancy and real estate, Abul was often asked the same question by clients, friends, and business owners:
Who can help make your event truly special?
Sometimes it was a wedding photographer. Sometimes a caterer, event planner, decorator, entertainer, or the perfect venue. The challenge was always the same. People wanted reliable suppliers, clear pricing, and the confidence that everything would come together on their big day.
The mission is simple.
To take the stress and guesswork out of event planning by making it easier for individuals, families, and businesses to discover event suppliers, compare services, request personalised quotes, and book with confidence, all in one place.
