Wallet Credit & Redemption Policy

This policy explains how Beyond Big Day wallet credit works and how it can be redeemed on our platform.

1. What is wallet credit?

Wallet credit is promotional credit that may be added to a user's Beyond Big Day account through special offers, referral programmes, rewards or promotional campaigns.

Wallet credit has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold or exchanged for money.

2. How to receive wallet credit

Eligible users may receive wallet credit through:

• Registration promotions
• Referral and reward programmes
• Special promotional campaigns
• Other authorised Beyond Big Day offers

Credit amounts, eligibility requirements and any restrictions will be communicated as part of the relevant promotion.

3. Where wallet credit can be used

Wallet credit can only be redeemed against eligible event services and packages offered by participating suppliers through the Beyond Big Day platform.

Redemption may depend on the supplier, service category, booking value and applicable promotional conditions.

Any minimum spending requirements or redemption limits will be disclosed in the relevant offer.

4. Services excluded from wallet credit

Wallet credit cannot be used for:

• Bespoke quotations arranged directly with suppliers outside the platform
• Bookings or payments made outside Beyond Big Day
• Services offered by suppliers who do not accept wallet credit
• Supplier subscription fees or membership payments
• Services excluded under the applicable promotional conditions

5. How to redeem wallet credit

To redeem available wallet credit:

• Log in to your Beyond Big Day account
• Select an eligible event service or package
• Apply available wallet credit at checkout
• Pay any remaining balance using an available payment method

Wallet credit can only be used where the relevant redemption option is available.

6. No cash alternative

Wallet credit is promotional credit and does not represent a cash balance.

Users cannot:

• Withdraw wallet credit
• Transfer credit to another account
• Sell or exchange credit for cash
• Use credit outside Beyond Big Day
• Request cash for unused promotional credit

7. Credit validity and expiry

Wallet credit may be subject to an expiry date, depending on the promotional offer.

Any expiry date and applicable redemption conditions will be communicated when the credit is awarded.

Unused promotional credit may expire after the stated validity period, subject to applicable consumer rights.

8. Cancellations and refunds

If a booking paid using wallet credit is cancelled or refunded, the treatment of that credit will depend on the applicable booking terms, promotional conditions and legal requirements.

Where a refund of promotional credit is due, the credit may be restored to the user's wallet rather than refunded as cash.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

9. Abuse and misuse

Beyond Big Day may suspend or remove wallet credit obtained or used fraudulently.

Prohibited activities include:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim additional credit
• Providing false or misleading information
• Attempting to sell or transfer wallet credit
• Creating fraudulent bookings or transactions
• Collaborating with suppliers or users to misuse promotional credit

Where misuse is reasonably suspected, Beyond Big Day may investigate and take proportionate action, including restricting affected accounts.

10. Changes to this policy

Beyond Big Day may update this policy or introduce new promotional offers.

Changes will be published on our website and will not unfairly remove existing contractual rights.
